Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how kasae ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use kasae.ai (the "Service").

1. What we collect

• Account data — email, name, and authentication identifiers from your sign-in provider.
• Content — photos, listing addresses, prompts, and the outputs you generate.
• Usage — credits spent, generations created, page views, and basic device/browser metadata.
• Billing — your subscription status and payment-event metadata received from Whop. We never see or store your card number.

2. How we use it

We use this information to:

• run the Service (sign you in, render photos and videos, track your credit balance);
• improve quality and reliability (debugging, aggregate analytics);
• communicate transactional updates (receipts, plan changes, security notices);
• enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI providers

To generate Outputs we send the relevant Inputs to third-party model providers (currently the KIE AI gateway). These providers process the Inputs only to return a result and are bound by their own privacy terms. Inputs are not used by kasae or its providers to train public foundation models.

4. Storage & security

Content and account data are stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL + managed object storage) in encrypted form at rest and in transit. We restrict access to the small number of personnel who need it to operate the Service.

5. Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@kasae.ai; we will delete your account, generated content, and uploads within 30 days, except where we are required to keep limited billing records for tax and accounting purposes.

6. Cookies

We use first-party cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA, UK, California) you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email support@kasae.ai.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email.
