Terms of Service

Welcome to kasae. By creating an account or using the kasae platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

kasae provides AI-assisted tools that transform real-estate photos and listing data into reimagined photos and short cinematic videos. The Service is provided on an as-is basis and is intended for use by real-estate professionals and the property owners they represent.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Credits, plans & payment

Use of the Service is metered in credits. Each generation deducts a fixed number of credits as listed on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically every billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Whop, Inc. (our merchant of record).

Credits granted by a paid plan are valid for that billing cycle. Signup-bonus credits and one-time top-ups do not expire as long as your account remains active. If a render fails on our side, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any person;
• misrepresent a property in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, or designed to mislead buyers;
• generate content that depicts minors in a sexualised manner, or that is otherwise illegal in your jurisdiction;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the technical limits of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and listing information you upload ("Inputs") and of the photos and videos kasae generates from them ("Outputs"). You grant kasae a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Inputs and Outputs solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload your Inputs and to generate Outputs from them.

6. AI disclaimer

Outputs are generated by machine-learning models and may contain artefacts, inaccuracies, or features that do not exist in the real property. You are responsible for reviewing every Output before publishing it and for complying with any applicable real-estate advertising regulations (including MLS rules and local "truth in advertising" requirements).

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, for any breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kasae's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
